Welcome, I'm Sarah

In August 2015, I decided to start sharing my adventures and stories through photography. I knew I needed a name that captured the heart behind it all, so the brainstorming began. Weeks passed as I searched for something that spoke to my love for adventure and my drive to push beyond limits—but nothing quite fit.

Then, on October 15th, 2015, it clicked: DareToAim.

What does it mean? Simply put, it’s a reminder to live above comfort, to challenge myself, and to go after more than I ever thought possible. “Dare” to be unapologetically yourself, and “Aim” to focus on the goals that matter most. There’s no space between the words because nothing should ever come between me and the life I’m striving for. In photography, you have to "aim" at the moment you want to capture + make sure they are in focus...and life, I believe, works the same way.

DareToAim has grown into so much more than I ever imagined. Every time I remember why I chose it, I see clearly how that little phrase has guided me, and continues to guide me, to where I am today.
